Hi! I’m Michelle.
I offer virtual, weekly psychotherapy sessions in Washington, focusing on supporting mothers and gestational parents — as well as folks who long to be — with the feelings and needs that bubble up along the way.
In addition, I co-facilitate periodic mini-retreats for mothers and gestational parents of young children to reflect on, grieve and celebrate their unique process of becoming a mother/parent.
