Individual Psychotherapy
Focusing on supporting and empowering mothers and gestational parents clients, like you, in your complex journey of pregnancy, infertility, and/or new parenthood
The fact that you’re here highlights that you are both suffering deeply and deeply resourceful. I believe that you are wiser than you know and trust that with some support, you can reconnect to your deep knowing. I would be honored to partner with you in discovering what is no longer serving you and exploring subtle shifts in how you want to relate to yourself and others. Even though your outside world may not change, your experience can be different. You can flourish.
Frequently Asked Questions
Where can I expect in therapy with you?
I facilitate a regular, safe space to deepen your capacity for self reflection, regulation, and connection. I believe therapy is most effective when it is consistent and intentional. Together, we will determine a session frequency that supports your goals and current season of life. When beginning therapy, I generally recommend meeting weekly for the first month to establish a strong foundation. After that, we may adjust the cadence as clinically appropriate. Sessions are typically scheduled as we go, rather than holding a standing time, to allow flexibility and responsiveness. Sessions may be scheduled a few weeks in advance to ensure availability.
Where will we meet?
We will meet virtually on the Simple Practice telehealth platform. You must be present in Washington State during sessions.
How much does a session cost?
53-minute intake session (90791): $300
53-minute psychotherapy session (90837): $250
Do you take insurance?
I am an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly. Full payment is due at the time of service. A superbill is available through your SimplePractice portal for optional self-submission to your insurance.
How does billing work?
I ask all clients to have a credit card securely stored in our client portal in SimplePractice, so sessions can focus on your care, not billing.
Credit card payments include a small processing fee (3.15% + $0.30). To help clients avoid this fee, I offer ACH bank transfers at no additional cost, which is our preferred option. If you choose ACH, please submit payment by the end of your session. If payment isn’t received that day, the card on file will be processed at the end of the day.
I’m always happy to answer questions and help you choose the option that feels best for you.
Do you have any other Therapeutic offerings?
I co-facilitate Maiden to Mother: A Matrescence Mini Retreats on an episodic basis.
