Getting started with perinatal therapy

Ready to start? Here's how it works.

Reaching out is often the hardest part, so I've made the rest as simple as I can. Three gentle steps, and you'll always know what comes next. Sessions are virtual from anywhere in Washington, private pay, and easy to use with your out-of-network benefits.

1.

Step one

Book a free clarity call

We'll hop on a 20-minute Simple Practice video call. Ask me anything, get a feel for my personality, and tell me a little about what you're hoping for. We'll also walk through the practical stuff: rates, scheduling, and out-of-network benefits.

If it feels like a fit, I'll send your intake paperwork through my secure client portal. Fill it out whenever you have a quiet moment (ha).

2.

Step two

Start your trial: four weekly sessions

Our first session is about getting to know you: your story, your health history, and what brought you here. There's no right way to do it. You share what you're ready to share.

In sessions two and three, we focus on your supports and “try on” a few approaches to see what actually helps. I'll check in along the way. This is a collaboration, not something done to you.

3.

Step three

Decide together, then keep going

In session four, we pause and ask honestly: is this working for you? Together we decide next steps: ongoing care at a rhythm that fits your life, scheduled as you go, or help getting connected to more specialized support, with three quality referrals.

If we keep going, sessions become a steady place to land. We work at your pace, you get room to hear yourself think, and slowly, what felt overwhelming starts to feel manageable.

Pick your first step.

Still wondering if this is the right fit for you? That's completely okay. Bring your questions, and let's talk them through together. No pressure, just clarity.
